Despite having a wardrobe that’s heavily inclined to a neutral palette, I’ve been enjoying incorporating colour into my style. One of the colours that’s featured strongly lately is pink – particularly hot pink.  Pink is a bold, energising and fun colour! It also looks particularly stunning on dark skin. Here’s a lookbook of pink outfits I’ve been loving.

Look 1 – Dinner Date

This slip dress is perfect to wear to dinner. I love how snug it fits and how soft it feels! The tie detail at the back is both functional and aesthetic – it holds you in while adding an elegance to the dress. I paired the dress with silver accessories (earrings, clutch and mules) and put my hair up in a high bun.

Look 2 – Wedding Guest

This halter neck dress would be lovely to wear to a wedding. It’s knee length so manages to stay modest while the open back gives it a touch of sexiness. I wore the dress with pearl earrings and matching pink kitten heels with a pearl detail.

Look 3 – Evening Drinks

For my final look, I wanted something fun and these structured shorts delivered exactly that! I wore them with a long-sleeved printed satin blouse and orange mules. To accessorise, I added sunglasses and gold earrings.
